Looks like thier changing engines (with Nascars approval) in all 4 teams.
Something to do with cams and lifters. |

Update..
They decided not to change the engine in Nemechek's (sp) car Gordon, Johnson and Earnhart get new engines.. |

I know Toyota had some lifter/rocker issues... They were expecting a fix today. But I suspected that was an on engine repair.

Yup just watching practice for the Gatorade Duel and there were 7 cars in the garage getting engines changed.
Seem to be lifter issues with the Hendrick engines. Clint Bowyer was the only one with a fully blown engine. The other engines being changed as a precaution but there are issues with the engines. Gary |

How classic would that be if Jr blew his engine in his first race at Hendrick?
