About a month ago, I posted about where to get a good ZF6 slave cylinder (in case mine was bad). Casey recommended Donnie at Maxxwrench.

On Monday, I contacted Donnie to order the slave. It arrived today - a CAST slave cylinder, in perfect condition, with the piston seal installed correctly. Not only that - the price was cheaper than what a lot of places are selling the crappy stamped units for.

Thanks a LOT, fellas - your help is MUCH appreciated!! I'm heading back out to the garage to finish the installation

Let us know how you go with it when its all done.

To everyone else looking for parts and not knowing where to buy, youll be very hard pressed to find a more honest bloke than Don, he has looked after me for years now, and never once did he even look like letting me down

I finally got everything hooked up and bled today. The new slave works perfectly - what a difference from the old one! After I bled it with the Phoenix injector, I tested the disengagement point. It started to grab a little before the pedal was half way up - perfect.

The only thing left for me to do before getting back on the road is the LT4 exhaust installation, which might wind up being a bit of a PITA based on how it seems to (not perfectly) align with the TPIS headers.

Anyway, thanks again Donnie and Casey!
