A friend of mine is looking for those "dash-top flashing lights" in red and blue, just like the once civil cop cars use in the movies.

Here's how it looks like, unfortunately the guy is only selling the amber version.

These seem very hard to find, may be even regulated. Where could he get those for export to Germany.

Blue/red are reserved for police/fire/ambulance.

You can only use yellow/amber lights LEGALLY.

At least that's how it works in Jersey.

Those lights for sale on your link are AMBER.
