ign.steerin column tore up fum a thief...airbag n security lights been on since ...made a make shift key etc..anyways rplaced column...n has a key now n cruise now werks n wiper switch werks as should..(wipers wont go all the way back down to resting place when off) that started befoe we did column..and the security light is still on n no horn (dint have horn befoe either) air bags is gone so skeerood there..but how might i fix security n well fug i cant evin find a horn? any help be preciated

The horn is not related to the column... you said that... the horn didn't work before. Check the horn fuse for good measure. In the Vettes, the horn and anti-theft are one in the same circuit. If one ain't right, neither are.

Wipers not parking... that sounds like an adjustment or a switch problem.
