Damit......I got it again tonight. Another 24 hours of doing nothing but waiting for people to sign in and out on leave. I hate this duty. There has got to be a better way

Are u allowed to u read a book?? Do it the stealth way put 1 of your army training manuals in front of it so it looks like your boning up on the latest way to create an ambush {Joke mate} Or how about TV?? Is that possible.. Sometimes I get 12hr night shifts at the brewery An I play Texas hold-em on my phone for hours waiting for truckers to turn up with empty kegs. Just keeps your mind active, If u don,t do that eg just sit on your ass, U fall asleep till the Boss comes in then your ass is fired!! Heard about that a few times, actually happened to a buddy of mine..How many more years u got in the green machine?? OHH S@#t this post is 2006 dammit!!! D-OH!! OK which 1 of u mods brought this to the top of the pile again?? FESS UP!! & stop laughing.

CQ runner, CQ, Staff Duty, Duty driver, SOG done em all! Enjoyed SOG more than any of the others as I was driving around post checking on the posted guards and their 3 general orders!! Hated CQ cause the unit I was in (67th SB) we had to work a full day in the platoon then 18 hours of CQ and don't get caught sleeping!!!!
