Did anyone see Ryan Newman's tire explode and take out his team mate/owner Tony Stewart? Why can't they at least make it safe?

I don't follow N-car but, hasn't this been going on for 2-3 years?
I've never had great results with GY street tires. |

Yes, I crashed when a Hoosier got cut, but that was not the tires's fault. Can you imagine the uproar if tires on airplanes fragged this often?
