It appriased for 123K and now we wait on the lender. Seems they dont want to give me more than 85% of the value which dont do crap for me so we are trying to see if we can get 95%. Its a long shot but if we get that we might just have a nice christmas this year.

Yeah it kinda sucks, My plan was to take 100% and payoff almost all my bills then use my tax return to get the rest of the bills minus car and house and then start saving up to improve the house so it would be worth more. But now thats kinda out of the picture for awhile.

URHH, Bad news! I found out that since my house appriased for 20K more than what I bought it for the morgage company disputed it so now I have to wait on them SOB's to rework the appraisal
 If this company dont approve us for this morgage I am screwed until tax return time DAMNIT!!! |
