On Sabbatical

Well I am only getting $4,000 or so back. After its said and done I will owe $110,000 and the value of my home is $123,000. So I still have $$ to play with when I sell but for now I will deal with what I got.

That's pretty cool, I know what you mean, I bought my house here in LA for 160,000 8 years ago, today it's worth 470,000 but I'm not selling yet, I'm in no hurry to move.

I'm hoping it keeps going up, if not at least level off at a high number so when I get ready to sell and buy a retirerment home, I can pay for it in full. My friend just moved to NC, he sold his house here in LA for 1/2 Million and bought a big beautiful home in NC, payed it off in one payment, no more mortgage payments, must be nice.
