I'd like to see that TA run. I always wanted an 02 WS6 - think that's a sharp looking car....

As far as the mustang - oh well....lol. Guy down the street from me has a real nice fox body, but I haven't stopped to talk to him yet.

Looks like a great day! Wish I had more local friends to play with C4s. Wondering about the CAGS eliminator - I thought it was just a wire/plug that you plugged directly into the factory spot - why would that cause difficulty?

Great pics - let's see some more of the Z

Haha...I'd put mine at a "C" - a few paint issues with stress cracks and whatnot, some of the interior pieces are cracked at the screw holes. But still miles of smiles and a ton of fun

There are products you can find at the local murrays, napa, etc. I think one is called Back to Black. I've never used it, but I've heard of good results with it.

What mods does it have? And what was up with that mustang? Was it even a GT? I could barely hear it compared to the vette and the T/A....lol. I love older Mustangs, but not a fan of the newer ones.

The one on my hip? - about two seconds. If I have a gun out of my safe it is in my possession. Or I can use my other "instant" handgun safe that is finger code activated and has slots where my fingers go.

The case that happened the other day, which is tragic, could have been prevented. The 21 year old mother left the three year old in the other room. She said she had no idea the gun was there, which as it turns out is stolen on top of things. Draw your own conclusions.

I don't know much about sport bikes specifically , but after riding my uncle's fuel injected harley vs my carbed ace 1100 - I would never buy a carbed bike again. My personal opinion. Plus, with upgrades you don't have to rejet the carbs (which I did on my ACE) you just get a programmer.

Good morning CGs!

How is everyone's day so far? Got up, changed the little pooper and put her back down to nap, so I've got some time. Made a healthy little breakfast - egg white omelet with some fruit. Nice.

Chris - that's the slippery slope, my friend! I understand you're busy, but try to work in 20 minutes for a short power walk or something - you'll feel better all around. I hate missing workouts because it always seems like once you skip one, the next one is easier to skip, yada yada... In fact, I'm about to head downstairs to polish the guns in a minute :thumbleft:

Hope everyone has a great day!

It hasn't been put to rest nor will it ever be. Too hot of a topic. The first Chicago (illegal to own handguns in the city) lawsuit was filed hours after this decision. There will be many more lawsuits to follow. The court did leave some wiggle room in their decision regarding dangerous weapons, registration, etc, so cities and states will still be able to regulate things.

I support the decision and hope it changes things in Chicago. I, luckily, live outside the city and don't have to worry about the BS. I am 100% pro responsible gun ownership. There was a 3 year old (about 10 miles from me) who died 2 days ago playing with a loaded handgun. It's idiots like those parents who make gun laws necessary.

BTW - this is my gun safe - it's 543 lbs of "my kid's not getting in" along with a double manual key + electronic passcode lock.

Ignition switch would be my first guess - did he give any more detail as to how it wouldn't shut off (ie key was still in ignition and wouldn't lock, key came out, etc)?

Good afternoon CGs!

How is everyone's day so far? Got tied up with some work stuff this morning, but I'm back! I am about to hit the weights (actually, it's plyometrics today) and then I'm off to see my friend the dentist. Actually, he's a really nice guy and I don't mind going.

Anywho - replaced my horn relay yesterday only to discover it wasn't the relay, it's the horns. Oh well - next project.

Oh, Chris - I would recommend getting on a walking program to reach your goal. It adds more variety and keeps you on pace and motivated. When I ran cross country years ago we used to do different workouts and distances. You might want to check that out.

Later!

I can't even imagine me doing this in less than 3 weekends. My time is worth more than that. I don't want to be overly negative, but I never even imagined doing this type of repair when I bought the car. I've done what I think is within my ability.

You'd be amazed what you can do. I was 17 when I changed the head gaskets on my s10 blazer - I had to do it over the weekend so I could drive to school Monday morning. I had never done any serious work to a car before but surprised myself with how well I did. I just followed the instructions in the book and had a little help from my neighbor adjusting the rockers. I guarantee that you are capable of doing this. Just have a little confidence in yourself!

Good luck!

Doesn't that only apply to incarcerated ones? I don't see any harm in letting a felon vote. There are lots of felons. Probably a few on this forum.

US Supreme Court has ruled it is not illegal to disenfranchise felons, but states have the choice. There are a variety of different situations, some states you can vote in jail, some you can vote after release, some after parole, some never.

Just because they've served their time doesn't mean we have to like them. The government feels the same way - which is why sex offenders have to register for a certain period of time (and stay current), felons don't have the right to vote, can't own firearms, etc, etc.

The principle of this post was that sex offenders are not at the top of my "likable" list, even if they have already been punished.

Whoa, whoa, whoa - hey now - you'll get arrested for that. Talk to pappy about driving around with his wiener out the window.

I have no talents....

None - nada - zip - zilch - nothing....

Don't ask - I can't do it.....

Never heard of it, don't have a clue......

Even if I say I know what I'm doing, don't believe me - I don't....

I thought your talent was posting irrelevant videos on CG

Hmmm...if I were you, that's not a talent I would brag about....

I can count to five in seven languages. Awesome. And order a beer in four - that's handy. :bbeer:
