Wish i could have made it. Club went to Red River Gorge in the rain, was a nasty day. Most of the houseboats you saw were probablly built right here in Somerset or Monticello as this is the "Houseboat Capitol of the World".

Had a similar problem on my silverado. The end bell bushing was wore and let the stator drop onto the field. Slam the hood and it would jar it enuff to clear the ground and it would start. Just throwing this out there.

My owners manual says to use API Service SG. went to NAPA today and all they had was Mobil 1 in API SM, SL/SC. Is this acceptable. We checked several Mobil 1 bottles and couldnt find any with API SG. Does SM, SL/SC take its place. Thanks Mike

I just love the cars no matter what they are. I enjoy taking my FieroGT for a drive as much as i do the C4. I get ribbed all the time for my cars because i have such a mixture. I have the Fiero Gt, a 76 Vette, 93 Vette, and a 05 Mustang GT. love them all for what they are. Why bash people for their choices ?

Suppose to be 10 foot higher than this past summer, elevation will be 690. About the only good thing to come out of this is all the new ramps we gained. Just let me know when and ill stock up on the beer and tequila !

76 falls was shut down last year due to all the bare breasted ladies. Other places on the lake are making a comeback though. Alot of people missed coming down last year due to bad advertising about the low lake level. Even at 40k acres there is still plenty of water to have fun on. If you or Brut come down for the show gimme a holler and ill put you in with our corvette club !

They have also shied away from the ricers for this year, or so i hear. Gimme a holler if you head this way. I live straight across from Burnside dock.

As long as the concentration stays in the 90% range it is safe. Would you believe that that stator in a power plants generator is hydrogen cooled . We have a 10k gallon tank on site just for that purpose.

I work in the power industry(electric power) . It is a know fact that the demand for power will triple by the year 2040. As it stands right now the industry is almost strechted to the limit when we have the heat of the past summer or the frigid cold of a bad winter. The power companies are trying to build plants to cover this shortfall but everyday they run into court battles with the Sierra club. The sierra club has stated that their sole purpose is to prevent anymore coal or nuclear plants from being built to protect the eviroment. This is all well and good, we will have a great enviroment and be sitting in the dark to watch it. So what is the answer ?

Had a cat stop up on my 93, the exhaust was cherry red from the manifold to the cat, car would start, idle for a few minutes and then start to miss. If i hadnt raised the hood after dark i wouldnt have known what it was.
