Yeah man! No runs, no drips, no errors! It's ready to go, I took it to work Monday and all is well.

It had 160 degree Thermostat that seemed to be open all the time (almost no heat if the air temp was below 40 and would heat up very fsat in traffic to 220) so I replaced it with a 180, and I'm now waiting for a 190 degree fan switch to come so I can replace the 220 degree switch currently in the block.

Where we going? :-)

I don't care, someone will come up with something

Mojo my name is Jack, and a member of the Rex Ruby clan.
We will be meeting up at the service plaza on I 95 near Newark Delaware, on the 9th am, and cruise down to Strasburg, Va, and spend the night at the Ramada there. Rooms there are about $75.00.

Hope you can make it.

When I was looking for another Vette I centered my search on a 96 LT4, coupe or vert, because you could get one for around 20K.
I stopped by a local dealer, and test drove a
Z06. And the search ended there that day.

Don't you sometimes wish you had a vert or removable top? I know you like the power of the car.

I had a 79 L82 coupe with T tops.
They leaked, squeaked, and were too much work to remove and store in the back. I don't miss that at all. The FRC is tight and quiet.

Overall, the C5 is not my thing, but there is something about the Z06.... I would love to have one. Preferably yellow or red.

I tend to agree. I think the C4 is much prettier. I just can't get away from newer, and faster. Both are good things. And it is still a Corvette.

i really don't know much about it..... where does it start/end? how many days does it last?

The Cruise starts in Front Royal, Va, and will end in Luray, Va.
This is a one day cruise, but most arrive the day before.
Usually around 125 cars attend.

We will still meet at Hooters at eleven, and depart around 11:15.

There a a few restaurants and Pubs, we can check out the town and pick a place.

We might make it easy for you, and run up your way for breakfast.
You pick a place, but they have to serve Waffles, and they better be good.

Maryland, DC Virginia - Roll Call

I'm from Severn, MD between Baltimore and Washington near Ft. Meade MD.

I'm the NCCC Governor for Corvette Club of America which is a Maryland/DC Corvette Club that is pretty active in the region.
Would like to get together with other Forum Members to finish my car for me while I drink a beer or two!

What brand beer, and how much is available ?

Well, that's a whole different ball of wax!

First off, loosen, clean and reinstall all 4 of your battery cable connections.

Gotcha ... battery is reasonably new AC/Delco, but I'll check the connections - cables are almost certainly original.

Do you have the original stater?
If you have to change the starter, what will NCRS think?
If you need some help let me know.
