I believe they're asking around 140+/- for a set.

I got mine used from another forum member for about $40.00.

If you guys know of anyone I'll let them go for $40.....

No need for pics, we now know what they are from your previous post. To answer your original question, they insert in the footwells to protect your carpets from muddy shoes or shedding pets. Who makes them, good question. I got mine used from a member of another forum. I couldn't find them listed on the Ecklers or Mid-America sites. Didn't check the rest of the Corvette accessories sites, though..

That's why I wanted to know, so I could put them up for sale and ask a fair price.

Well some had to go....there were a lot of vettes and a lot of folks too! My favorite was the Ron Fellows special edition, thought about signing the papers while I was there but knew I still had to come home....wanted to sleep in my bed tonight.

Hi guys, this is not my 1st Vette but I like it much better than the other one! I'm also not new to cars, been around them my entire life. Started around top fuel at the age of 5 my uncle was running top fuel and my dad was turning wrenches and driving Larry Malaks 57 chevy. I took this vette as part of a trade on my 06 900 Polaris Fusion snowmobile. I had no intention of keeping it, as I turned the guy down the the 1st time he showed up with it. So when he came back the 2nd time and made me another offer I decided to take it. I spent 2 days cleaning the inside of the car...yeah 2 days! Than I wheeled it out and have since decided too keep it. I have put new Iggee seat covers recovered the center armrest and Magnaflow stainless mufflers on it so far with more stuff to follow.

The set that you ordered it actually for 92-96 vettes. It's not a true catback, it's only the mufflers with an extension. On the LT1s you actually cut the rear pipe to install it and fit them in. It also has a larger inlet diameter than the stock 85. You should be able to make it fit, but you will need some reducers for the size difference.

Matthew

I've got the reducers.

I bought the Magnaflow catback, rear Y included, from MidAmerica, works fine on my 87.

Check the website, there is no system for an 85. So I got these and am hoping to get them on this weekend without to much trouble.

Found out recently that I'm going to need knee replacement,I'm only 44... I knew something has been wrong for a while and lately the pain has been unbearable! I can't say that I'm not a little nervous....I have seen pictures of the surgery and that did not help much. Was wondering if anyoneelse has had it done?

I can't vouch for the beer(don't drink while riding) but they have their own homemade creamsoda & rootbeer that are out of this world! Now you get one of those and a plate of their chili fries and you are all set.

Got mine by trading for a 06 900 Polaris fusion(Snowmobile) I started looking for a car last year. To tell the truth I was looking for a foxbody mustang. We went to a vette show last summer at canterbury village, after that experince I sworwe I would never have a vette. The people there were some of the biggest jerks I had ever met! I have been around cars my whole live and had never ran across that kind of additude ever. My wife was in total disbeleif, she said she would never ever have a vette after that. SORRY if this offends anyone here, but it is what happend! Now that we have the vette my wife want me to keep it! I have had a few offers on it and I still have it. Considering I put it up for sale or trade the day I got it, I'm amazed I still own it. I just ordered seatcovers and a stainless exaust so I think I will keep it for a while!

It came up about some people not knowing about sledding so I thought I would ask. I have been ridding since I was about 6 years old so it has always been a givin for myself. So it will make next year rough for me not having my sled, I traded it for the Vette. I can no longer ride because of injuries I have gotten over the years playing sports. Knee injuries. I'am going to miss it! Anyone want to see more pictures I have tons of them.

I don't know much about snowmobiles but the one in your picture doesn't look like a cheap one! Glad you are happy with the trade, the car looks great.

I actually told the guy no the first time he came with the car. He called me back and offered me the car and some money and I finally agree to it. I was more less forced to get rid if my sleds. I played sports all my life and amnow paying for it with my knees, so I was advised to get rid of the the sleds. So I had just bought 2 new sleds last year my 900 Polaris fusion which I traded for the Vette and the wifes 500 SS Skidoo. My wife was a great sport about it all so I thank her for not making a big deal about it.

Hi, I'm new here and thought I would put some picture up. I got my vette by trading it for a snowmobile, YES I said snowmobile. I will not lie to you though, I spent one whole weekend cleaning the inside. The next Saturday I spent on the outside.
