Yep that is true........I just got a response from the Michelin folks and they just blamed it on the dealer, I wasn't looking for blame just trying to see if there is a trend.......

I wanted to see if anyone else has had this issue....I had a leaking RF tire, they found it to have a cut o-ring on TPS...Broke it down replaced defective o-ring, upon airing the tire back up the back sidewall blew out.....This shop services a lot of Vettes in the Tri-Cities of TN, so I tend to take them at their word that it wasn't over-pressurized....At any rate told them to go ahead and replace both front tires tires, had been on the car since 2003......

When they broke down the LF to replace tire, the machine went through the sidewall.....Unreal, I couldn't believe it.....In talking to another club member, she upgraded to Cray wheels a couple of months ago, and while they were breaking down hers to change wheels had one of her front tires do the same thing, machine went throught the sidewall.....She had hers done at a different shop.....So it wasn't the same people or anything.....

What do you guys think.....HAve you heard of this in your areas......?????

I put mine up as well......But it wasn't stock, I should have read the requiirements before I uploaded......Sorry bout that....Rudy

One of our members in Fl took a Speedway white couple had it custom painted......WOW beautiful car I will find a picture of it and upload it........

I love mine.......When I upgraded to the 98 Vert (from a 94 Coupe)it was the difference of night and day.......performance, comfort, gas milage, just all around.....I have no regrets......I loved the C4 but I really love the C5........
