Ok it rain early hard here today for a short time, and I got very wet(sounds like my wife :thumbleft I made sure that the top was tight, but it was coming in at the metal lip that is on the corners on both sides. And some about middle of window. Question is do I need to replace the strip around door sill or around top. If either where is the best place to get them and what is the right name for both. SORRY I AM A DUMD ABOUT THIS CRAP !!!!

Try starting your search here; http://willcoxcorvette.com/advanced_s ... e901fb4a72a08d643b9ae226f
They have very good weatherstripping packages. Plus when you fill in your year and click any of the weatherstrip links, it will also give you a diagram of the location w/part # for the part.

The corners are tough to seal. The A pillar w'strip must be seated properly, and the retainers must be located correctly, and the window glass must be adjusted just right. If the windshield was ever replaced, it's probably not lining up like it should.

Sounds like you are talking about the weatherstripping around the A-pillar...that's one piece that starts about where the door mirrors are and goes up the side of and all around the top of the windshield and to the other side. It's a long piece. The other pieces I think you are referring to are the targa top weatherstripping pieces, those run front to back on the top itself. Check them all for cracked and worn spots and make sure your window has a tight seal. Might be time to replace some weatherstripping.
