I can use an extra set of eyes when I fire up my motor.....

Also, I have never done final rocker adjustment on roller rockers, I'd feel better if I had a little experience with me on that.

I'm figuring two weeks out....beer and food on me....

I'm in Orange County, NY - only 25 minutes from Bergen County. PM me when you are ready. If I'm available, I'd be happy to help

Thanks, I should be able to finish up over the next two weeks. I'm down to putting in the fans, and the Super Ram. Just waiting on some bolts I ordered for the SR to get here, then I'll install it.

I'll have it all together and ready to go. Like I said, it's just the RR adjustment and the Poly Locks I'm worried about.

I'd like to adjust them while it's running, as this is where I can get the best adjustment.

I may be taking you up on there.

Not a cheap trip during skiing season. A while back I flew from Newark to Jackson Hole, what a great place!

I did that trip recently. I flew form SLC to EWR (Newark) for Christmas. There was one, maybe two, non-stops a day.

RACE ON!!!

I had already 'splained the poly lock lock screw tightening method and you sounded like you understood. I thought you were good to go. Sorry.

i understand mechanically how do to it. However, I have never done it.

I am 100% confident in the rest of the motor, if these were stamped, or roller tipped, no problem. If I can have someone around who has done this before, I'd be a little more comfortable about the result.

I live a Mile from Dan... If I am around I wouldn't mind spectating. I've done this a few times but I don't feel confident enough that I would want to be the only one wrenching.

Dan Knows a ton; you should take him up on his offer...

Is it solid roller or hydraulic roller cam?

1990 hydraulic roller. LS7 Lifters and Comp Cams Pro Mag 1.6.....

Thanks, I think I'll take him up. I don't want to lose a motor over something stupid.
