Low voltage to starter....could be bad battery connection, wire is broken, wire is corroded, bad connection at starter. That's assuming that the battery itself is good.

IAC...could be completely unrelated. Your voltage issues may be causing the rough running. More testing would be needed.

Cylinder 5 Bosch 3 no fire leaking or broken o ring. My buddy tried to find gaskets for the super ram and didn't ask me first. He said no one sell them. Lol I dropped off two of them still in the box from our site. I explained how simple installing the super ram was showed him pictures from my two installs. All he could say was looks like a pain in the butt. I told him the second time was a lot easier. That was when we dropped a bolt into the intake manifold. Love my HF scope worked perfect.

As for the voltage problem good battery, good connections . We have decided to install a system to bypass the clutch switch so we will always have 12 volts to the starter when the key is turned. The kit has a name I forgot what it was.
Now that it is in his shop the ac pump or ac clutch is making a loud noise.

John is an awesome mechanic and is someone I trust.

No fire, leaking, or bad o-ring are three different issues that would require different troubleshooting/repairs. How did he determine this (not questioning his competence). That could definitely account for the poor idle.

When I get off work today I will ask him . I couldn't remember which one he said exactly. I was busy poring gas in the vet when he was talking.
