Has noone here ever had this problem? I see posts and tech FAQs about the fuel guage always reading full, but not empty...anyone? Thanks!

empty makes me think sender. They do have a history of being junk.
Full, IIRC, means that the circuit is open... empty means closed. So, I would check the float and the resistor. IF the resistor looks burned, you can disassemble and flip it over to use the other side. I read that on another forum a few years back. |

That would be great if I can "rebuild" the existing one, I understand they are pretty expensive. Are they easy to remove?
