i still have my 88 corvette btw. its cold outside and im at work. how the hell do i turn on the heater. lol HTR? econ? auto?? bi-lev?

I assume you have manual controls?

Set the temps to red and the control to Bi-lvl or whatever they call it.

If the heater isn't working well, it's a problem with the mixing door.

It works, but the display is really bad and all the buttons are really really hard to push. Well by bad display I mean dosent work. lol

if it's electronic, then send it to Dr Dons for a rebuild. About $60.00 or so. Tell him the site sent you, this is good cause they know we exist.
