take off the back bumper and remove/plug up charcoal canister. I think that's where it is for the 84... if not, it's under the hood, down by the left headlight bucket.

I was able to reach the canister line on my year fine by going through the fuel door area. Then I made a loop of line and put a TF210 roll over tip valve on there from http://www.atlltd.com/
