I cant seem to figure out why my under dash upholstered cover wont go back where it's supposed to. If I fit it to the front holes it half covers the hood release handle. If I fit it so the handle works, it's too far to the left and the brake pedal rubs against the side of plastic slot for the brake pedal. Is there any reason I can't modify it by cutting away some of the plastic thats rubbing the brake? How about the hood release handle? Is that adjustable? I think I'm going to take a saw to it. Suggestions please.

this is a funky piece to get fitted. The tabs down by the pedals must move upwards a bit, so they clear them.

So aim high in the back and flip the front up to fit.

What about the hood release handle. That's held up by three bolts. That assembly can't be move left or right, backward or forward. That's a fixed piece, isn't it?

it requires you to pull the hood release to get it into its slot.

and wiggle things... it's not a simple fit in, but it will fit just fine.

The front part of the panel was broken and wouldn't catch by the firewall. I remedied that by doing a plastic brake sleeve delete. All is well. Thanks Andy.
