My quick Datamaster lookup says Right O2 fail, but I'll check another place for you. BRB

You got a bad O2 sensor looks like or your connector is loose or something of that nature. At least it will point you in the right direction.

I think the service ASR can mean low brake fluid or air system

63 which module? mod 1, 4, 9, mod A?

Module 4 DTC 63 is front heated O2 'open' in the circuit.

If this is so, you MIGHT be able to swap the front and rear and test to see if this fixes the problem. There is no DTC indication for right side REAR O2 fault.

I tried this, and it did NOT fix the problem. WHY???

Possibly BOTH of my rt side O2's were bad.

I bought a new one, put the REAR O2 back into the rear fitting, and the new one in front. The problem is fixed.

To solve the puzzle, I would need to drop the cat, and switch the front and rear again, which I might do when I get Mr. grizzly's headers from him, but if it trips up the fault code, that would be a pain to drop and swap AGAIN...
