I am ok, the question was whose fault it was.
Whose fault was it really or who did the cop blame? Its really the fault of someone who was 6 cars in front of me who slamed on his brakes cause something fell out of his truck which caused a chain reaction of rear ends with me being in the end of it all. The cop stated "I am not going to write you up for following too closely" WTF? The light just turned green and I was about 50 ft from the intersection plus I was about 3 car lenghts behind but my reaction time was a bit slow and I locked the brakes but it just was not enough.
