I just purchased a used set of Proform valve covers that say they are 1/4 inch taller than stock. Will I have any problems with them fitting my stock 89 L98? I still have my EGR hooked up, will it hit the pipe? I did read of guys with earlier C4s having problems with them hitting the wiper motor.I know, after buying them is a hell of a time to ask.. Thanks.WW

A 1/4 Inch you might be able toget away with..If they are in fact "Tall" covers ..They wont clear the wiper motor for sure...
