Good Morning Gurus!
5:49 AM In Colorado... Too bloody early to be awake. I've got to make a run to Denver. Supposed to be there by 8:30, so gotta leave in a few. Picking up a different company vehicle. The transmission on the '00 Ford Explorer I was driving took a dump on me last week. Hopefully I get something decent to replace it. Hopefully I don't fall asleep driving it back. Well, it was (is) a stuggle to keep awake... :sleepy5:
 :sleepy1: Got a crappy '99 Chevy Astro AWD cargo van. No windows except up front in the cab. Noisy cage behind me that keeps me from putting the seat in a comfortable position. Heater does not work. A/C stuck on. Only 45,000 miles on it though. That tells me that nobody ever wanted to drive this POS. Plates expired in June.... Nice. Still better than paying for my own gas and maintenance though. So I'll just grin and bear it. That is, when they find the gas card that goes with it...  Why would you not leave that in the vehicle, I ask you... Why? |

My car hasnt been inspected yet. Wont pass because of my Limo tint....I have to get the front pieces taken off inspect it, then get it reinspected...My plate expires in a month....Cops seem really grouchy about inspection and plates up to date. I think its cuz it brings more $$$ in to pay there salary. Wait, do cops get paid form tax money?

Hello friends,I've been at work since 8 this morning just getting things caught up,I can't do much till my right arm and shoulder heals up and my assistant is out on personal leave. I don't know when she'll be back
I was told not to exert myself till I'm all better. I'm gonna do it the smart way and do it right,I've seen and heard of too many people on the macho kick trying to prove they're tough and all they accomplished was to be permanently injured and broke. Hey if anyone comes to my neck of the woods southern Mo. and need a place to rest for a night or two just holler.give me a couple of days to straighten up the house. :tongue: |
