totally trick. I am curious what it will do for airflow... enhance the venturi effect through the tunnel? Or trash it all to hell?

More than likely the forward exit location is more a packaging and weight distribution thing than anything else. A number of NMRA/NMCA drag cars use exhaust systems that exit infront of the front tires to reduce weight and make fitting everything in the engine bay easier.
Also it could be something to stir up the competition and get them looking AWAY from something else... With the way that big cannard infront of it is positioned, I would think there is a low pressure area right infront of where the exhaust exits. If so that would make just like exiting on the dyno with no air speed or pressure from the body work.... Will |
