I have had this problem for a while and well just wanted to see if I could get any new info.

My passenger side O2 sensor on my header(no cats) has been replaced 2-3 times(BOSCH) and its ALWAYS running rich. I have had it tested and its always at a constant number..not sure what is measured at. At this point im not sure what is going on. Maybe damage to the header or something but its bugging me. Always get the check engine light when cruising. When im at WOT for a while the sensor goes away.

I never thought it would be too big of a problem running rich but sometimes I swear I could smell a light hint of fuel when im driving my car with the windows UP. I have 30LB injectors and well not sure what to do. Someone recommended switching out the BOSCH sensor with some A/C Delco or something so ill try that.

Just thought I would see if any of you guys had this problem. I heard about the O2 sensor eliminator but i heard it doesnt work for my model years or something

Well I would say check for codes and that may throw you a hint of something else but more than likely I would suspect it to code out with a rich code.

What year model?
What is the fuel pressure set to?
What is the injector constant set to?

If youve just thrown the 30lb/hr injectors in there without changing the injector constant, itll run fatter than the baker's wife and the computer wont have enough headroom to correct it.

No point replacing the O2 sensor, its obviously not that or it would be fixed by now.

Seems like I remember you having a lot of problems on the other forum.. Along with answering the other questions, I see you mentioned damage to the header.

Is there a exhaust leak befor the O2 sensor on that side?
