I have the solution to your problem, a sweet 383 LT1 ready to drop right in
 If this isn't resolved by next week I can try to lend a hand, I'm in China right now so "local" is not the case. I will admit, however, that I'm no expert on the extraneous systems such as HVAC and cruise control as I "fix"them by removing them. Are you sure all cylinders are firing? Down on power and a vibration at speed sounds to me like a misfiring cylinder... |

UPDATE, YES the Cruise and the blower only come out the Defrost vents and not the vents that would blow directly toward you.

that's something vacuum related. The dashpots are vacuum powered, so if there is a problem it could be in the programmer.
