I hope that I have finally solved my problems with alternator.
I have rebuilt my stock unit x times but it just kept failing.
I guess that stock alt doesn't like high revs, because it allways broke
when I reved engine past 6k rpm.

Anyway, I bought CS-144 140 Amp alternator. I did some search and
it looks like everybody agree that it's much better unit than stock CS-130.

Maybe I could've played with larger alt pulley but I hope that this will be
longer lasting solution.

Did it come with the pigtail I see in the photo? I cracked my connector and I wondered if I bought a new alternator if it would come with the connector?
How much did it set you back?

Alternator was $170. I bought pigtail separately for $10.
