I am picking up this little monster tomorrow, here are some example pics. Mine is going to be a one player game.

Cool! I used to have a game that looked similar for PS1. I think it was called Mech Warrior.

I think it was made by the same people....atari right? I am so looking forward to having a working cabinet which I am sure will help me gain motivation to complete the one I am working on.

Really though, I have been working on a show case 33" style cabinet which is coming along nicely but its far from done. What prompted this? Well I was telling the wife I need a working cabinet so I can bench test the other boards I have to see if they work or not. She let me.

I thought this was a one player unit but it turns out its a two!! Its unheard of to get something like this so cheap!!!

Man I just got back. WHEW, dats a drive. Took about 2 and a half hours just to get there. Got to play it when I was there and the only thing I need to do is to get the light on the marquee and the lights on the mini marquess to light up. Other than that this game is in great playable shape. The cabinet is in decent shape for the age but you cant complain for 300 bucks! The guy was really cool, turns out we have a ton of things in common and we spent a half hour just talking. Overall an excellent transaction and also my first criagslist buy as well. Oh, the bass on this thing is killer, it thuds your back when you take a hit

I just checked ebay and there is one in a tad bit better shape (no art damage) for $1,495! Yeah, 300 bucks is a good deal

Well done Johnny, i have that game here on MAME, it works perfectly fine, although ive never actually played it, just watched the rolling intro.

There are a bunch of cheat codes out there for this game too. I can get upgraded tanks if you enter certain names at the start screen. Hopefully today I can hook up area 51/Maximum Force to see if it works

I havent really got into the gun games yet, although ive found there is a gun out now that will work on LCD front projectors, which ill be looking into very soon. I can play them with the mouse, but its not the same.
