Trae and I had an absolute blast this past weekend at Barber. Thanks to the "Team Corvette of Birmingham" club, we had the opportunity to get up close and personal with the folks/cars at Spirit of Daytona, Wayne Taylor Racing, and Marsh Racing (Whelen Corvette). They also hosted the Corvette section of the Sports Car Corral, where we parked. Here are a couple of pics, plus links to my photobucket albums. Please excuse my photography. It's not much compared to some of you guys!

For an open wheel guy, I really can't stand the new Indy cars, didn't even watch the race.
I did watch the Rolex race. I thought the first pitstop was a mistake and the Boris or Eric could have been fighting for P1 at the end of the race, they were really close at the end. |
