Has my relay gone bad? When I turn off the car the blower stayed on last night, I have a kill switch on the battery so I was able to turn it off with that.

99% chance it is the blower control module went bad, located on the passenger side firewall on top of the blower box with two wire plugs coming out. Get ready for sticker shock.

If you want a new one about $110, you can find them used on eBay in the $40 range, if you have a pick and pull you might find one from $10-20.

If the ground opens up on the blower module, the blower can run. Check for any burnt or broken wires or connectors not making contact on the module.
