Here's a new one. My right front head light needs a lot of help opening and closing. I had a look at the head light "gear box" and decided I needed to call on you guy's. Is there a part within that is a common fail or does this thing need an overhaul. I appreciate any and all suggestions. 1984.

it is basically an overhaul...

there are a couple of gears and these little bushings, which, over time, wear out.

the parts are about $20 for both, the labour is another 90 min each.

84-87 didn't have the bushings. By the kit at any of the corvette websites or ebay.
