I found one that came off a 1995 C4. I have a 1994. Would it fit?

Yes. It will work. The crossbars change in length mid 1990 models. 84-early 90, use one crossbar. Late 90 through 96 use another. So, for your 94, you can use one sold to someone with a 95 without any issues.
