Looks like the brace that holds the air pump on the front of the engine if I remember correctly. It could also be the lower bracket for the Air Conditioning pump depending on the year. Do you have your Air Pump installed? I would check both those locations and see how they are held on, and report back.

You are missing a piece that attaches to that bracket. It attaches to the driver's side motor mount (shares a bolt) and connects to the power steering pump.

Barney...Not sure if you're a tool junkie like I am, but buy yourself a set of gearwrench stubby flex head ratcheting wrenches. You'll thank me later. I can have that brace off and on in a few minutes.

They might look the same - and they sure do! But the angles of the ends can be hugely different...

I didn't realize that was for the PS... I thought it was for the AC or AIR pump...
