I am currently using Auto Tap. Are there better ones out there? Any personal recommendations. It has to work with OBDII.

Auto Xray and EASE... just be ready to spend cubic $$$.
EASE offers laptop based options. |

Auto Tap is laptop based and seems to work fairly well. Anymore laptop based programs out there?

EFI Live I believe has logging programs for the OBDII LT cars still. You'll need to email them as they don't really support it anymore. It will however work fine but they won't be offering any new versions. AutoTap is good though.

TTS datamaster used to offer one for our OBD2 cars. They have taken it off their webpage, but I bet if you E-mail them or something they still have a way of selling it you.
