Well i dont have pics of it, but about 3 weeks after i got the 94 i thought it would be a good idea to flush the coolant, and it was flowing straight out of the water pump and onto the distributor for well over an hour. It wouldnt start for a few days so i got the dealer i bought it off to come and get it. They fixed it free under statutory warranty. Was really lucky cause when they took it off the truck it actually started with half a dissy full of water and ran like shit, so they had no worries believing my story that it just started running really bad about 5 minutes from home in the pouring rain and then wouldnt start later on.

It's been on a rollback twice but I've never taken pics of it (too depressing) Once when an alternator died on me and the second time when my brake master cylinder went out.
