Ever since I got my car the tach and oil pressure gauge hasn't worked properly. I got a whole new cluster thinking it would fix the problem but it hasn't. I've tried with and without the tach filter but nothing. Now I'm thinking it's a wiring issue. I tried to find in my FSM how the wire is ran but couldn't find anything. Where does the wire go from the distributor? Does it go straight to the tach on the dash? I'd like to run a new wire and see if thats the cause. Is the tach wire white all the way to the dash? Thanks!

Look at this thread. It is not the same display issue as yours. However, the solution the he found may be what you need to try.

Thanks for the reply, I'll check my grounds. I sure hope it's as easy as that.
