They're as easy as the fronts. Use a C-clamp to push the piston back. Remove the upper guide bolt, rotate the caliper out, change pads. Do not remove the parking brake cable attachment.

The procedure's in the FSM with pics.

yea, rears are quite simple.

I have one of those pad presses that pushes the caliper open again. I like that. Takes up less space to do the same thing.

I just pry the pistons in with a screw driver, using the old pads as a fulcrum, before even removing the calipers. Then replace the pads, reassemble, done.
