Is the 700 that came in the 1992 Corvette's vacuum modulated? Is it electric and controlled by the ECM?

It's a 4L60 and it's a TV cable. There is no vacuum connection for the trans. It's not controlled by the ECM and it is not electronic.
Model year 1994 was the first year of the 4L60e and that one is electronicly controlled and has no TV cable. Search on Pete's trans tech tips for a wealth of knowledge on the 4L60. |

Not at all. As I understand it, the 4L60 IS a renamed THM700.
