We just got the motor back in the car after a rebuild and now the motor is running rich. We think that one of the injectors is bad. We took it lose and the tune did not change like it did with the others. #1 injector I thank, would this make the motor run that way ?

check the fuel filter.
check fuel pressure. Be sure the fuel pressure regulator is doing its job. be sure there aren't any vacuum leaks. |

would it be a good thing to buy a all new injector, fuel rail and fuel pressure system ?

injector. It is SO rare when the rail fails...
FPR is a good idea, especially if the new engine is more than stock. Specs, please? |
