I'm looking for some rotors 13" and larger for a custom application. The C5 front are a hair too small at 12.9".

What are the exact dimensions on the C6 fronts or Z51 and maybe Z06 rears? Also are there non-drilled aftermarket replacements available for the Z51 and Z06? Are they available in left and right or would I be stuck with the backwards GM rotor on one side since they didn't make both sides...?


If anyone happens to know the rotor offsets, that'd be nice too. Rotor offset is the distance from the hub surface (back of the hat) to the outer friction surface of the rotor. Usually not published by GM, but if there's an aftermarket upgrade that fits the stock caliper and bracket, I can find it there.

C5 12.9 x 1.25
C6 base 12.9 x 1.25
C6 Z51 13.4 x 1.25
C6 Z06 14.0 x 1.25

Almost all manufacturers now make replacements for the C6. DBA, Baer.... etc.

Ok, found the rear sizes also...

C5/C6 12.0 x 1 x 0.52" offset
C6 Z51 13.0 x 1
C6 Z06 13.4 x 1


Damn, looks like I'll have to make the C5 rotor work, they're all either too big or too thin.


You know the really sad part is... I've had the same post on DC for a few days with no responses at all.
