hi guys,
how are we all!!
this is a dumb question and i should proberely know better but when you lower the rear with longer spring bolts with more thread do you lower the nut or raise the nut to lower/raise the car please ??
iv raied the coil overs back up a little on front and need to raise the rear a little thats all.

any way,i have fitted the rear sway bar up the rite way up this time now thanks to your helpful time and advise.

also you know how i fitted a after market sports wheel and boss kit #2401 well i brought a 3.3 ohm and soldered the two wires to getaher and bingo,NO more air bag light comes up,problem solved!!

also i got the vette back from the dyno tuners and wow does the 8 t/b indivdual 50 mm diam cross ram intake is awsome!!
it pulls hard rite thru the rev range and there is no stopping it!!
and this is with a stock cam and heads in my 91 vette.
its bloody unreal, well worth the expense, pain in the ass problems!!
im very happy with the way it runs,iv fitted back the 22 lb injectors now and no more hot glowing red headers, thank god.
this new dyno shop charged me less and fixed up all the problems but it has a manifold vaccum leak which is one of the gaskets so i will have to replace it!!
i think i stuffed and put silcone sealer on all the ports and that is why it is leaking.
apparently the guy only reved it up on the dyno to 5,200 rpm as i was not there to view it and they dont push customers cars hard unless customer is there.
iv still got to find out the dyno hp results !!
any how im really amazed how well these cross ram intakes perform guys.
cheers
glen

Lower nut (longer bolt) = lowered car.

Think of it this way.... the car it attached to the spring via the diff.

The spring hangs from the knuckle via the bolt. Knuckle is attached to the wheel.

So... longer bolt (or loosened nut) allows the car to hang more from the knuckle/wheel.

the dyno guy is a coward.

I have no idea what to expect from that xflow manifold. they are a total unknown to me. But they are supposed to flow super well all the way across the range...

Nut down will lower it, trust me.

If it doesn't seem to, you've got binding bushings or you aren't letting the suspension settle after dropping the jack. But raising the nut is going in the wrong direction.
