Great time to get financed for a new car isn't it?

Seems to me like a problem that solves itself. You can thank the millions before you that wore out their welcome with creditors by defaulting on easy-to-get loans.

The financing on new cars may suck, but the prices are hard to beat.

Truer words have not been spoken.

Thank you to those who defaulted on easy to pay back loans (there,... I said it)

The prices are very hard to beat, and I got a good amount of money for my car. I am seeing Cars a couple years old going for 10K less than when they were new.... time to buy if you have the money and like to gamble on an unstable economy.

I might consider it if I wasn't saving money to compensate for my house that is worthless.

<---- Someone who's not banking on a bankruptcy or gov't bailout.

Now what if.....

Nobody borrowed money? There was no credit system, and everyone paid cash? Oh, that's right, today's cash is already "borrowed". That $100 bill in your pocket is just a piece of paper with an IOU written on it from the federal reserve.

The U.S. hasn't had any real money since 1913.

There's a lot of those on the market right now too...

I think I am going to just skip along to my C6 ZR1 and maybe pickup a 10 million dollar home along the way. How long do ya think before the government gives me my bailout?

The forum could just pool together our tax rebate checks from last spring and give them to you. That would pay for the ZR1 loan.

But I have a feeling uncle sam is going to want it back first.
