Nice, you gonna mount it vertically against the back or lay it flat?

That will lay flat in the back.. amp closest to wall

I have done the amps in floor, amps on wall, this seems to be my best layout/idea I am now working on the cover for it as well.

I test fit the rack in the car.. but no progress on the amp cover. The Amp is dusty.. it was sitting in the basement the last month while I was waiting to get the car back..

Very clean, it blends nicely! Aren't you worried about hauling anything, though? Or you don't plan on putting anything back there?

Oh cool. I totally blanked on the part about working on the cover. We still have to hook up one of these nights over the summer. You're only about an hour north of me up 59. My wife wants to check out the new Sonic by the outlet mall when it's cruising weather. I'm sure they'll have something going on.

Hey Jeff nice rack!! I have a 325 I just put a set of CDT speakers in (first good quality speakers I've ever bought) with a Helix "Dark Blue" Amp and a single Image Dynamics sub. The speakers are absolutely amazing! I think I'm going to get the same setup for the 'vette!

oops - it's a '93 LT1, not a '91. Sold my creation last summer. Just didn't have the time to work on it any more. I was hell bent on having a manual tranny vert, two things my old car was not. I contemplated doing both conversions last year but just don't have the time anymore. Bough a one owner black/black 6 speed 'vert for my birthday last July and never looked back. Absolutely LOVE this car! I think I'm going to get it out of storage this weekend. Weather's been real nice the last few weeks.

ZR1 must be a blast!

What amp are you running in this post? I love the helix but would like to find something a little smaller for the vert - not much room in the convertible boot to begin with.

Amp is an Arc Audio KS300.4 90w x 4 I think

I have not tried it yet, got it mostly installed then got int he middle of fixing Oil leaks and such under the hood. I am waiting for a bunch of parts to get powder coated before it goes back together
