I am looking for a restoration manual for a 88 c4 targa top. I just checked year one as well as a couple of other sites to see if I can find one and to no avail. any suggestions would be appreciated.

It's the old man asking about it, as close to factory as possible. Previous owner did some "upgrades" and rerouted pretty much all the wiring, brake lines and fuel lines. We have the motor and trans out at the moment so perfect time to set things right under there mostly need wiring diagrams and chassis schematics. I have the Chilton seems to be as useful as Chilton manuals usually are

The NCRS Manual you would be looking for is the 1987-89 NCRS Technical Information Manual & Judging Guide, First Edition.

yea, you really want the Helm Factory Service Manual. $65 is about a fair price.

I will warn you, the manuals pictures are not that great. I can see where the NCRS book would be of great assistance.
