My house just got appraised yesterday and the guy said it should come back between 120K and 135K
 If its the lower 120K I should be able pay off half my bills and if its 130 or above I should be able to pay most my bills and have a little mod money left  |

Thanks, I cant tell you how worried my wife was. I kept telling her, if it was meant to be it will happen. And it did. I should know by the end of today what the value is
