USAID, the U.S. government aid arm, spent almost $1 million to help the lakes gain national park status. Georgia and some others states are also doing the same. |

I know a video producer who lost a million dollar production deal to shoot several national parks for this very reason. I might have got my hands on some of that money...
Maybe I need to relocate to the Middle East. |
