I just got a pair of fronts HD bearings for my C6Z from the great guys at VanSteel! They are REALLY stout and I will put them in this weekend for the May 27 SCDA event at NHMS. I will take a bunch of pics as I do it and report back later. Here are a couple of pics, and if you look closley at the bottom pic, you can see "made is USA" on them.

I know it was discussed, but i can't remember the outcome. Do they make an HD bearing for the older C4's?

I know that yes, they have them for C4's but I don't know if the older C4's are different.

the bearings are interchangeable, the only loss would be ABS.

I guess I should have been more specific - by "older" I meant C4

Mine's therefore a "newer" C4.

But I don't have ABS anyway so I guess it doesn't matter.

Gary, do you sell them?

Yes, but there is a group buy on now at Van Steel. I think this the last week however. Call Paul at 800-418-5397, and tell them Gary set you!

Here are some installed pics. In addition to the bearings, we are now offering a bolt upgrade kit that gets rid of the annoying Torx head bolts that loosen and strip out when you try to remove them. Our kit uses US made grade 12.9 (175,000 PSI) 12 point head M12's with Nordlocs and a new lower Nyloc nut with hardened washer. Here are some installed pics of the bearings with the new bolt kit. Danny Popp has well over 300 racing miles on his new bearings and no issues. I am certain that these will way outlast any other bearing by many times.
Here are some installed pics with the Hardbar bolt kit and ARP studs.
