I currently have 345/30/19 sport cups on my stock rear rims.I think they are 19x12.I saw pratt and miller uses the same tire ,but with 19x13.6 rims.Has anyone else tried this? Would the wider rim be better? On their fronts they used 295/30 18 on 18x11 rims instead of 285/35/18 on 18x9.5 stockers. And would 295/30/18 even fit without mods.to front?

I know money is an issue. But look at mast motorsport.I wish i had their ls7 but 16k for 667 hp.I just spent 8500 in parts on my ls7 without any lower end upgrades. Not to mention labor costs. If i had their motor i could consider forced induction. And could of sold my stock ls7 at 7000 mi.Dam.

I kept my old tires, and if my measuring is accurate width is 13" on both but height is 26" and 27"on installed 345s.I tried.Theres no fitment issues, but front does seem lower.Tank is full,36psi in all 4 tires.looks great.

I have fun with mustangs and challengers, but some of those goofy looking rice burners have surprised me,dam A.W.D. But cam and heads/intake never fails.

In sept. I bought michelin 275/35 18 s/s front.345/30/19 pilot sport cups rear.Im happy so far.All the technical info.ive obtained so far is 18 RPMs decrease per mile. Can anyone tell me speedo and odometer amount of change.I dont expect the rears to last long since traction still eludes me.Thanks (325 F1=783.mi.) (345=765-mi.)

Before you get insulting with honda references. What i was pointing out is the majority of mod shops push i60 thermos claiming extra h.p.

ls7 modded 200-220 stuck to stock thermo. Its hard for a 70s era to adjust. You still see alot of 160 talk, but daily drivers probobly need higher temps. Thanks for the info.

I know this is a controversial subject. But for the ls7 what is a good operating temp, that wont harm or affect engine. Or rather at what temp do i get moisture.

combination of repressed childhood feelings-suicidal tendencies and great car. Thanks for ivo info, pilots are a favorite but savings can be for future clutch ect.

Thanks for the tips. What im really curious about is traction, im frying my stock tires, but learning alot about high speed corrections. 7000 mi.and even the front runflats are getting thin.If i can expect less durability from ivos ill keep saveing.

I received a message on another forum. Can anyone verify it. He stated comps stats for my cam are based on 1.7 rockers: your cam lift is really 0.657/0.660 if you used 1.8 ratio LS7 based rockers. Those LSL lobes are advertised as 0.621/.624 lift based on standard LS 1.7 ratio rockers. Does this change my 113 lsa too.
