Present and accounted for. I've just loafed last couple days. Got nothing done, still low energy but at least head is clearing up and coughing is better enough to be off meds. Still didn't sleep last night though, just couldn't relax for some reason and was awake a lot despite my Lunesta, a tylenol and a muscle relaxer. I have GOT to get some progress made.
On a side note, my friend that owned the local Ford dealership, sold out a few years ago but still kept building. He took care of a lady at the nursing home when I was taking care of my cousin. His parents also died so he had all their stuff to sell so he used his building. I wasn't able to go pilfer as I was either at work or someplace else. Wasn't interested in any of the furniture. Well, he was there the other day so I went, then went back next evening for some stuff with a coworker. I scored 4 garbage bags of old Playboy. Ron got some too, not as many as me. I did get a few other things. Also, we tried to go Saturday with trailer and building demo had started, wasn't supposed to start till Monday. Pissed Barry off as there were two "double" old desks we were going to get for work benches plus some very heavy solid cubicle panels, one work station, etc. All bulldozed. Oh well. Such is life they say. There was a 55 gal drum of hydraulic fluid in there too wondering how that went when it got knocked over.... |
